ABOUT RBCH

Reformed Baptist Church of Helena (RBCH) is a confessional church whose leadership fully subscribes to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of faith. We are dedicated to the glory and worship of the one true God of the Bible, by use of the regulative principle of worship, guided by Scripture, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We believe in the building up and preparation of the saints through the teaching, preaching, and practical application of God’s Word in the local Church. We are dedicated to the fellowship of the saints through bearing one another’s burdens and stirring one another up to love and good works. Finally, we are dedicated to the evangelism of the lost by the proclamation of the Gospel, which is the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We rely solely upon the power of the Holy Spirit to use the preaching and proclamation of the Gospel to bring about regeneration, testifying to every person’s great need to be born again. What to Wear

Come as you are. There is no dress code - what matters is that you are here.

What the Service Is Like

Our worship service is led by an ordained minister and follows a historic order of Christian worship. You can expect to begin with a Call to Worship drawn from the Psalms, followed by congregational singing of Psalms and hymns. We recite the Nicene Creed together as a corporate confession of faith, read from both Old and New Testaments, and participate in a responsive confession of sin followed by an Assurance of Pardon from Scripture. The sermon is preached directly from the Bible and typically runs 40-45 minutes. We celebrate the Lord's Supper every week, and the service closes with a spoken benediction.

Music

We sing the Psalms and historic hymns together as a congregation.

Children

We encourage children to remain in the worship service with their families. If you need to step out with a young child, a nursery is available, and the foyer is set up to help young parents train young children to sit through the service.

How Long Is the Service?

Our Sunday morning worship service runs approximately 10:30am to noon.
